Seating, refunds and dinner
Seating is done based on order of reservation. This allows us to avoid “dead seats” and gives all patrons the best seating possible. If you have specific or pre-existing conditions which require special seating arrangements, please book early. Every effort will be made to accommodate special seating requests. Emotional support animals are not permitted.
Those wishing to sit together should book the tickets as one order. In the event that they cannot be booked as one order, when purchasing tickets, please list a common group name in the “remarks” field (i.e. “Seat with Jepson Party”).
Outside food and/or alcohol are not permitted.
Tickets are non-refundable. Tickets may be moved to another performance date as long as the box office is notified no less than 48 hours before the scheduled performance.
Each show includes a delicious dinner served before the performance. Choose from chicken dinner, prime rib, or hearty ravioli.
