GROUP POLICIES, TERMS, and CONDITIONS
PAYMENTS: A deposit of $100 per coach is due 30 days prior to show date. Final payment is due 7 days prior to show date.
FINAL COUNT: Final Seat Count is due 7 days prior to show date.
GROUP REQUIREMENTS: Group Rate is based on 15 or more paying guests. Complimentary tickets are provided for one driver and one escort per coach with 22 or more paid adults.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Deposit is refundable with a written cancellation notice 30 days prior to show date.
ARRIVAL: Please arrive 30-45 min prior to showtime. Performance Groups with a pre-show will have an arranged sound check time depending on their needs and the theater schedule.
SEATING: Seating is assigned according to the date of reservation. Notification of special seating requirements should be made in writing to the groups department at least 7 days prior to showtime.
