The Duttons Announce The GEORGE DYER Show at The Dutton Family Theater
The George Dyer Show opens September 3, 2009 at the Dutton Family Theatre, with limited engagements through November 20, 2009. Having performed in operas and concerts throughout the world, George now brings his amazing tenor voice and polished showmanship to Branson.
“I am delighted to be performing in the Dutton Family Theater,” says George. “One of my strengths is the ability to establish a connection with my audience. The combination of their state-of- the-art lighting and sound with the warm, inviting atmosphere of the theater, provides the perfect setting for my show.”
George has released three solo recordings which have received numerous accolades and awards. He has won seven Pearl Awards from the FCMA (Faith Centered Music Association) including “Male Vocalist of the Year” in 2001, 2004, and 2005. He has filmed two made-for-tv concerts in Jerusalem and starred in two live action musicals now available on DVD.
“Music has always had such a powerful influence in my life and I want to share that with others,” George continues. “My hope is to take my audience on a musical journey with me, and have them leave my show feeling uplifted and inspired.”
