I am so thrilled to report I got a lovely e-mail from Stacy. She is walking on her own again. There have been some major changes in her life, and please keep her in your prayers.
I would also like to share that our son, a Type 1 diabetic has been blessed with his pancreas working again. It is now two months. All things we read tell us that Type 1 patients can have a honeymoon period last a couple of days or up to two weeks. However, this is usually in the first 6 months, not 5 years later. We thank our heavenly Father for each day he is blessing him with this miracle of not needing insulin. Type 1 is what used to be called Juvenile diabetes, and patients can be healthier with diet and exercise, but still must take shots each day. He has now been 2 months with out a shot. The Doctors have no comparison of another patient to tell him how they did, as this hasn't happened to any patients around here.
Please don't ever take praying for someone in need lightly.
