Has anyone seen the Presleys lately?
I was there on May 20th. The whole family went for my grand daughters 1st b-day. She was so good, she loved the show. Sorry, but I like to brag on her .
I thought the show was very good, if not better this year than last year. But I think it's good every year!!

I agree. I am sorry that my hubby wanted to see another show that has been around as long as the Presleys'. We sure didn't enjoy it as much as we had in the past!!! We hadn't seen it for a few years, so he asked to go for his birthday since the Duttons were closed. But I don't think he will be asking to go to it again.

The best thing about the Presleys' and Duttons is that you feel free to take anyone from your grandchilden to your Pastor, but I wouldn't take anyone to the other show we saw on Saturday night.

I am glad that the Duttons and Presleys' continue to improve their shows each year.

Glad you all enjoyed the Presley's this season. I have just not been able to go back more than once since Cliff Wagner passed away. I knew Cliff before I ever moved to Branson, and for me, the life just went out of the show with his passing. Maybe on down the road, after a bit more healing...

I miss Cliff too, he was such a great person. I still miss Sid too. Go see the show Bransoncutie, it might help you a little. When Eric plays "Jesus Loves Me", I still get teary eyed. He is playing that for Sid and Cliff. At least that is what I was told.

Yes do go back Cliff would want you too, and hey Larry Turner is doing just great as the new MC. I had a hard time the first time too but after that it was better and the first time this season was OK

Who is Sid?

Sid used to be a comedian at the Presleys with Herkimer. He passed away, I guess now it's been almost 10 years. My how time fies. I still miss him, his real name was Wendy Lutrell, I may have spelled the last name wrong. He was a mighty fine man, so nice and sweet! I have lots of GREAT and fun memories at the Presleys.

Ok, I've only been going to Branson since 1996 so I don't remember him. Yes, we have tons of good memories of Presley's. Since we've been going, we haven't missed a show yet.

Wendy was with them back in the Cave. He was a wonderful man. I loved the silly song he sang, My Pa. He could make that cave echo.
He was always so nice to me.

Sid was great, I never saw the Presleys in the cave.I would have loved to have done that.

I always enjoyed Sid doing "The old mule skinner" he did that so well, the part that goes HaHaa ..Ha HaHaHaaaa.

Jean do you remember Herkimer's one man square dance? That was a hoot.

The Presleys have a wonderful Christmas show too this year. Deb-803 joined us on Saturday night.

I still miss Cliff Wagner but Larry Turner is super. Danny Byrd is a great singer and a great freind.

Remember my friends we were with when we met you there last year?

They were at the Presley's show, but I didn't know until Saturday afternoon after they had left. I read her e-mail and I could have told her to look you gals up for me.

Presleys' is a great show. I used to work for them and they are really great people. I no longer work there becuase I moved to Oklahoma, but have seen the show and going back this weekend for the last Christmas Show. I have alway enjoyed their show even before I worked there. I would check it out if you have never seen it.
